All trips are booked through Calendly. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your trip date. Deposits are processed through PayPal on Calendly.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip and may be paid by cash, PayPal, or another agreed-upon payment method, arranged with the guide prior to your trip.

Trips may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled at the guide’s discretion due to unsafe weather, river conditions, or other safety concerns. If a trip is cancelled by the guide for safety reasons, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of their deposit.

If you need to cancel your trip, please provide at least 30 days' notice. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled trip may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

I understand that things happen and emergencies can occur, so please reach out as soon as possible if you have any concerns or need to discuss your reservation.

Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted; however, intoxication or impairment is not allowed. Clients who appear impaired before or during the trip will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.
